About Indian School Rustaq
Indian School Rustaq was established in 1993 for providing education to the children of Indian nationality residing at Al Rustaq region. Children of non-Indian nationalities are also given admission with permission from the concerned authorities. The medium of instruction is English with Arabic, Hindi and Malayalam as optional languages . Being an Indian community school, it follows the curriculum of NCERT India, while ensuring international dimension to the teaching –learning. The School strives for the holistic development of the students by providing support in becoming curious, reflective, and critical in their thinking as global citizens. The school is recognized by the Ministry of Education, Sultanate of Oman and governed by the Board of Directors of Indian Schools in Oman.
